Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time

  • Ready to Ship (RTS) Items: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Orders ship within 7–10 business days.

Orders with Mixed Items

If your order includes both Ready to Ship and custom or made-to-order items, the entire order will ship once the custom item(s) are complete.

If you would like your RTS items shipped sooner, please place separate orders for RTS and custom items.

Address Issues & Returned Packages

If an order is returned to SKS Design Studio due to an insufficient address, delivery refusal, or any reason not caused by SKS Design Studio, the order will be:

  • Refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee

  • Original shipping costs and route insurance are non-refundable
